Heather Esposito, CPA, PCC, M.Ed, SPHR

Heather Esposito is a learning strategist and performance consultant with more than 30 years of experience helping organizations develop talent, strengthen professional capabilities, and align learning systems with business outcomes. Her work spans manufacturing, professional services, and other client-facing industries, where she has led initiatives focused on building scalable development frameworks and improving workforce performance.

A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Heather brings a multidisciplinary perspective to talent development—combining business acumen, behavioral science, and adult learning principles to help organizations build stronger capability systems.

Throughout her career, Heather has designed and implemented development frameworks serving thousands of professionals. Her work focuses on making skills and proficiency visible, creating clear development pathways, and ensuring learning investments translate into measurable performance outcomes.
